"The food looked really nice"
The plates were super neat and everything looked really fresh. The sushi colors popped more than I expected, especially under the little hanging lights near our table. I almost felt bad messing it up with my chopsticks, but it tasted good too.

"Pretty Fresh Sushi"

"Decent food, but the hot items weren’t really hot"
I ordered from Sumo and Sushi everything looked good when it showed up. The sushi was fine—actually, the sushi was probably the best part—but the hot food was kind of a letdown because it was only lukewarm, maybe even closer to cold.
The flavor was still decent, and the delivery wasn’t crazy late or anything, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just expected the warm items to actually be warm. I might give them another shot, but I’m not totally sure yet.

"Big Portions, Nice Surprise"
The portions were big, which was great. I ate plenty and still had leftovers to save for later, so yeah, definitely felt worth it.

"Really tasty, just softer rice than I like"
The food tasted really good overall. The rolls were yummy... i’d order them again. The only thing was the rice, it was a bit too soft for my taste, but not enough to ruin the meal.

"Convenient hours, but I expected clearer instructions"
I’ve had a good experience ordering from them, especially because their hours work well for me when I’m trying to grab something after work. The site does a good job showing when they’re open, so I’m not wasting time trying to order when they’re closed. My food has also been ready around the time they said it would be. I did expect the ordering instructions to be a little clearer in a couple spots, but overall it’s been simple and convenient. 5 stars from me.

I have a shellfish allergy, so I’m always a little cautious when ordering anywhere new. What I liked here was that the allergen info was actually clear and easy to understand, not buried or confusing. For me, that made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful because I could make a choice without overthinking every detail. The food arrived just fine, everything seemed handled properly, and I didn’t have any issues afterward. i really appreciated that extra peace of mind

I ordered a few sushi rolls and sides from sumoandsushi.com, and everything showed up exactly how it should. Nothing was missing, and all the sauces I picked were in the bag too. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because the receipt was kind of confusing, which felt unnecessary since the food matched my order anyway. Overall, still a good experience.

"They Handled My Gluten Request Just Fine"
I asked about gluten because I have to be careful with my diet, they handled it fine. No big fuss, no weird attitude, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that. Everything went smoothly, so I was happy with the experience.

"Ordering worked, just a little clunky"
Ordering online was mostly fine, honestly. I did have to poke around a bit to find a couple things, and then editing the cart wasn’t as quick as I expected. Checkout was okay though, it went through without any real trouble. So yeah, not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a little smoother and easier to use.

I booked my reservation on the site earlier this week, and the whole thing only took a few minutes. Right after I finished, the confirmation came through, so I didn’t have to wonder if it went through or not. No issues at all, smooth from start to finish.

We mostly ended up going here because it was so easy to get to, which made the whole decision simple. I usually don’t care that much about location if the food is worth it, but in this case the convenience was probably my favorite part. No annoying driving around or extra hassle, which was nice. The food was good too, though I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away. Still, I left happy and would probably go back.

i had a good dinner experience at sumoandsushi. The place looked clean overall, tables were wiped down, the floors were fine, and the bathroom was decent too. It wasn’t spotless, since I did notice a small mess near the drink area, but it wasn’t anything that bothered me. The staff seemed to be keeping up with things even while it was busy. I’d give it 4 stars because it felt clean and comfortable enough that I’d eat there again.

"Quick and Easy Visit"
I thought the timing was really solid. We got seated quickly, and the food came out faster than I was expecting. To me, that makes a big difference because there weren’t any awkward long waits or delays. Overall, it was a smooth experience, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars
